Delete your Antropeo account
You can delete your Antropeo account and the data stored with it at any time. This page is the web address for deletion requests for the Antropeo app on Google Play.
In the app
- Open the Antropeo app and go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm and tap Delete my account.
This works for guest accounts and for accounts with an email address. It cannot be undone.
By email
If you cannot open the app, email privacy@antropeo.com with the subject “Delete my account”. If you have an account with an email address, write from that address, so that we can be sure the request is yours. Tell us the display name shown on your profile. We will reply within 30 days. A guest account has no email address, so the only way to delete it is in the app.
What is removed
- Your profile, display name and picture.
- Your sign-in details (email address and the password hash).
- Your activity: viewed, liked, saved and hidden cards, trivia answers, fuel, streak, statistics and scores.
- Your friends, friend requests, blocks and notifications.
What may stay
- Reports are kept as safety records with your identity removed.
- If another player’s duel replays one of your daily runs, that run stays, attached to an anonymous “Deleted player” with no name, email or login.
- Server logs, which contain technical data such as IP addresses, are kept only briefly for security and are not linked back to a deleted profile.
Uninstalling the app does not delete what is stored on our servers. Only deleting the account does.
